Terms of Service

Service scope
LeadPilot is software for capturing, organizing, and qualifying sales enquiries. AI output is an assistive draft and may be incomplete or inaccurate; users must review scores and replies before acting on or sending them.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users are responsible for account security, accurate workspace information, and lawful use of submitted personal data. The service must not be used to submit unlawful content, access another workspace, interfere with availability, or expose credentials.
Plans and billing
The current application does not process payments. Pricing shown in the product is launch positioning only and does not create a paid subscription or charge. Commercial terms must be agreed separately until billing is explicitly implemented.
Availability
External services such as email delivery, Supabase, and AI providers can be temporarily unavailable or rate limited. No uninterrupted-availability promise is made. Provider failures may use a deterministic local analysis as documented.
Operator responsibilities
The party deploying LeadPilot is responsible for its customer contract, privacy compliance, retention policy, production email delivery, AI plan, and support arrangements.
