What LeadPilot processes
LeadPilot stores account details, business workspace settings, and information submitted through a workspace’s enquiry form. Enquiry data may include a name, contact details, company, and the request text supplied by the sender.
Why the data is used
The service uses this information to provide authentication, workspace isolation, lead management, and lead qualification features. The owner of each workspace is responsible for establishing an appropriate lawful basis and providing any additional notices required for its customer relationships.
AI processing
Lead content may be sent from the server to the configured AI provider to produce a score, summary, reasons, and suggested reply. The free Gemini tier is intended only for demonstrations and synthetic enquiries. Before processing real customer data, the workspace operator must choose an appropriate production AI plan and verify the provider’s current data-processing terms.
Security and sharing
Private workspace data is protected by account authentication and owner-scoped database policies. Server credentials are not sent to the browser. LeadPilot does not add advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Data is shared only with infrastructure and AI providers needed to operate the configured service.
Retention and requests
Retention and deletion procedures should be set by the operator deploying this software. People asking to access, correct, or delete enquiry data should contact the business identified on the relevant public form.
